1. Preview scope

This is a phase-1 UI preview. Invoice content created here is not transmitted to a production billing service. Local draft storage is limited to the browser in which the draft was saved.

2. User responsibility

Users are responsible for verifying invoice data, tax treatment, currency, client details and applicable invoicing rules before issuing an invoice. Malleoph’s UI preview does not provide tax, accounting or legal advice.

3. Features not active

Account authentication, cloud synchronization, recurring invoice generation, email delivery, secure public links and Premium checkout are not active in this phase. Their presence in the roadmap or interface must not be interpreted as availability.

4. Subscription terms

The proposed Premium price is US$4.99 per month. No subscription can be purchased in the current preview. Before billing is enabled, Malleoph must publish the renewal, cancellation, refund, tax and payment terms that actually apply to the implemented payment flow.

5. Contact and effective date

Real business and support contact details and an effective date must be inserted before launch.
